Classrooms

Classrooms

The classrooms in Lloyd M. Parks Hall offer a variety of sizes, and many are “smart” classrooms with technology being integrated into each class session. In addition, some classes utilize smart phone technology for an interactive classroom experience.

 

Student Lounge

Student Lounge

Centrally located on the first floor, the student lounge is an area where students can go to study or hang out with other students. Wireless is available for those with laptops or smart phones. Many small events are also held in this space. 

 

Computer Labs

Computer Lab

The College has its own computer lab for pharmacy students located on the second floor of Lloyd M. Parks Hall. The lab houses 30 computers and two pay-per-sheet laser printers, and is open to students during normal business hours. A variety of software is available, including statistical analysis, technical graphing, and molecular modeling programs.

 

Research Facilities

Research Facilities

Ohio State is home to numerous research facilities to assist scientists in their work. In addition to the College of Pharmacy facilities, the campus has a robust network of resources available to researchers including the Campus Chemical Instrument Center (CCIC), the Center for Clinical & Translational Science, the Davis Heart and Lung Research Institute, the Department of Chemistry, the Bio Micro Systems (BMS) Lab, the Pharmacoanalytic Shared Resource, and several NMR spectrometers.
